L'objectif premier de cette programmation est de progresser techniquement et physiologiquement votre Conditioning grâce à des efforts différents à chaque séance, dans le but d'augmenter votre endurance fondamentale, mais également dans des temps relatifs aux efforts demandés en CrossFit : du sprint, à l'effort de 8 minutes et de 15-20 minutes.
Les cycles varient entre 6-8 semaines et des tests sont effectués afin de quantifier vos progrès.

Mjollnir Engine is a unique program that includes 4 sessions per week:
A Multi ergo session composed of 2-4 ergos, in the form of repeated intervals - High intensity
A Zone 2 session on Bike - Low intensity
A Row session consisting of intervals with Paces from your 2k and 5k - high intensity
An Echo / Assault Bike session consisting of intervals, ranging from sprint to 2:00, to increase your power
The primary objective of this program is to technically and physiologically progress your Conditioning thanks to different efforts at each session, with the aim of increasing your fundamental endurance, but also in times relative to the efforts required in CrossFit: from sprint, to the effort of 8 minutes and 15-20 minutes.
The cycles vary between 6-8 weeks and tests are carried out in order to quantify your progress.
